About
I am currently a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in the Department of Geography (Laboratory of Tree-Ring Science) at the University of Tennessee. My research is focused on understanding the climatic and ecological processes responsible for the long-term persistence of pine rocklands, a globally endangered ecosystem that exists on small islands of the Florida Keys, and how human-induced changes during the twentieth-century are contributing to the decline of this ecosystem.
